Surfing info for a teenage girl.?
Q: I'm wanting to learn to surf, but there are some things i'd like to know. First: What should I wear? A one-piece? A bikini? A bodysuit? What's best for female surfers? What feels and works the best?
A: 1. You should wear a bikini like this: http://www.swell.com/Girls-Swimwear/BILL ABONG-MUNDAKA-TOP?cs=BL with a rashguard over it. make sure to get tight and sturdy bikini bottoms so they dont fall off. This works best for me.. when im not wearing a wetsuit Because you're in Florida, the water is warm there and you wont need a wetsuit.

body suit, find some local lessons on google. find a store and call them up. it usually varies at each store so find the cheapest.
You should wear a one piece bathing suit so your stomach does not get a rash.I would start of with a soft top surfboard so if you fall on the board it dose not hurt. Go to a surf shop ask if you could rent a soft top board and if you can get lessons there or if they know some place you could.

Q: are manta boards the best for boogie boarding just so i can know and also do you need a special kind of flippers for boogie boarding
A: you don't need flippers unless you're going on overhead waves (6 ft and above). there really isn't a "best" brand of boogie boards. just find the most expensive one and it should be good lol.
